Shopper F.A.Q.What is Nest's shipping policy? All products are shipped directly from the designer who created it. You will be charged a $5 flat fee for each designer you purchase from. When you get your confirmation email, the contact information for the designer will be provided. Please direct all questions regarding the shipment of the item to the designer. All disputes regarding shipping will be handled between the customer and the designer, Nest is not responsible for shipping errors. What is Nest's return and exchange policy? Returns and exchanges are at the discretion of the designer with whom you purchased. Please contact them if you have a question regarding a return or an exchange. Please note, however, that Nest's return policy is as follows. As a non-profit, Nest considers your purchases to be donations. Therefore, we process exchanges only, no returns, and only within 30 days from the shipping date. Clothing and home merchandise must be unworn or unused. The customer will be responsible for the shipping charges of the new item(s), as well as the return shipping charges of the existing order. If the item was damaged or incorrect, Nest will gladly replace it. How do I send a gift to someone via the Nest website? Gift-giving with Nest is a great way to send a thoughtful gift that is more then a present but a way to change the world.
